Leviathan’s lead project is the San Juan mineral concession in Sinaloa Mexico. The proproperty has extensive history of geological work, sampling and drill results. San Juan contains two main systems: San Juan Cordon is an epithermal vein system, 1.2 km in lengtn with high grades on surface. San Juan Valle contains 3 bulk target areas with a stacked open pit suface mining potiential and conceptual resource targets. The company has completed a seed round of finance and is well capitalized for the current round of exploration drilling. The company is currently completing a second round of private placement financing. The company is planning a TSX-V IPO for a future date.
